SKM played an important role in the design of electricity and gas markets, both in the Nordic Countries and in Continental Europe. SKM was a pioneer in designing the functionality of grid tariffs and the links between the physical spot/balancing market and the financial markets. SKM also advised in the design of marketplaces and clearing houses.
